Forum Communications Incorporated is committed to complying with all rules and regulations of the FCC EEO rule established in 2002. We have a policy of always accepting tapes, resumes and letters of reference from individuals or groups looking for employment placement in broadcasting. We encourage female and minority applications. In most cases we will interview and possibly hire from this collection of applicants. If a position becomes available, and we do not have any current applicants that can be interviewed, we will make a posting on our web site; we will broadcast recruitment ads on all stations seeking applicants, and will notify the Michigan Association of Broadcasters to add this posting on their web site. We will also make notification to the listings on Appendix "A" that is attached to this report.

The following areas are the only areas we offer full time employment:

Sales: Full time commissioned sales

Programming/Production: Full time announcing and production will include experienced broadcast announcers with commercial production talents, and board operation capabilities.

Administration: General office work, telephones, word processing, and some accounting experience required.

The purpose of this EEO Public File Report (“Report”) is to comply with Section 73.2080(c)(6) of the FCC’s EEO Rule. This Report has been prepared on behalf of Forum Communications, Inc. Southwestern Michigan Station Employment Unit (“SEU”). This SEU is comprised of the following stations: WQXC-FM licensed to Allegan, Michigan, and WZUU-FM licensed to Mattawan, Michigan, and posted on their web sites. The information contained in this Report covers the time period beginning June 1, 2006 to and including May 31, 2007 (the “Applicable Period”).


“ PRONG 3” INITIATIVES
During the above timeframe Forum Communications, Inc
participated in the following initiatives:

1.March 28, 2007 Forum Communications participated in a Career Fair at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Forum General Manager Tom Flynn participated in this one-day event, discussing with participants career opportunities in broadcasting with Forum Communications, Inc. and broadcasting in general.

2.As a continuing practice, Forum Communications, Inc participates in the Michigan Association of Broadcasters “Job Bank” and always encourage applicants to send tapes and resumes’ that we can file for reference when we have future openings.

During the abovementioned dates, the following full-time hires took place:

On 7/25/06 an On-Air Personality was hired by Forum Communications Inc. A total of six individuals were interviewed for this position. The recruitment source for all six individuals was the Michigan Association of Broadcasters “Job Bank” web site.

On 10/9/06 an On-Air Personality was hired by Forum Communications Inc. A total of four individuals were interviewed for this position. The recruitment source for all four individuals was the Michigan Association of Broadcasters “Job Bank” web site.

On 1/2/07 an Account Executive was hired for the Advertising Sales Department of Forum Communications Inc. A total of five individuals were interviewed for this position. The recruitment source for all five individuals was an advertisement placed in the Kalamazoo Gazette Newspaper.

On 1/11/07 an On-Air Personality was hired by Forum Communications Inc. A total of four individuals were interviewed for this position. The recruitment source for all four individuals was the Michigan Association of Broadcasters “Job Bank” web site.

Report contain the following information:

1.A list of all full-time vacancies filled by the Station(s) comprising the Stations Employment Unit during the Applicable Period;
2.For each vacancy, the recruitment source(s) utilized to fill the vacancy (including, if applicable, organizations entitled to notification pursuant to Section 73.2080.(c)(1)(ii) of the EEO Rule), identified by name, address, contact person and telephone number;
3.The recruitment source that referred the hire for each full-time vacancy during the Applicable period;
4.Data reflecting the total number of persons interviewed for full-time vacancy during the Applicable Period;
